My German goes just to Danke, but I read kaputt and it sound as very bad news, so I decided to use Google to translate the post. I won't dare though to translate my answer to German as I know the translations could be very dodgy and easy to misunderstand. :)
I'm really sorry about the problem with your computer and I do understand you when you talk about withdrawal symptoms. I spent the whole month of March without it, and I thought I was dying. It needed some repairs. LOL Anyway it's nice to know that everything has been sorted out.:)
